Thoughts on cannon powershot cameras

I have been looking for a digital camera fro a while and i think I have finalized it down to these three options.
A610
A540
A620
I know that they are diffent sizes but does anyone have any experience with these. Also Any equivalent suggestions would be appreciated.
By the way I would liket o spend less than $250 US on the camera
Thanks in advance
Ben

You can't go wrong with any of those models; Canon is an excellent brand and the models themselves seem to have gotten good reviews.

I bought my wife the A510 and she loves it. Just be sure to get a bigger memory card and some good rechargable batterys.

I bought an A620 just before Christmas last year and it has served me well. Best digital camera of the 3 I've owned. It has more bells and whistles than I've been able to use so far. Just returned from a Caribbean vacation and the pics were stunning - even from a moving vehicle!
