I would like to know if the following AC adaptors would be compatable to power my laptop.
This one belongs to the laptop: LI SHIN International Enterprize Model: 0335A1965 Input: 100-240V - 50-60HZ 1.7A Output: 19V - 3.42A This is one I want to use at another location if it is OK LITE-ON Model: PA-1600-06 Input: 100-240V 1.5A 50-60HZ Output: 19V 3.16A

It won't hurt to try since the voltages are the same, but the amperage on the new one is a little low.

your not talking a great deal of difference so personaly I would be happy to use it, but, don't be surprised if the PSU gets a little warmer than you are used to if the battery is particularly low or you are running some demanding applications.
