Samsung YH-920 mp3 player probs any one help?

n any one help me i bought my samsung mp3 player of ebay when i , connect it to my pc ,, also i can sometimes l load up the recovery utility ( and sometimes not at all) , when i can load the recovery utility i select format device it tells me to make sure that i select FAT32 as the file when i click ok it takes me to the c drive to re format and FAT32 is not there and i cannot click on my computer either as the samsung player icon is there but when i click on it i get the egg timer and if i do control alt and delete it tells me the programme is not responding , the player hard drive is full completely with things i dont want ( it was sent to me like it) can any one help as i am so confused and i cant get my money back! any one who has any ideas?!! oh and i have unistalled and re installed the drives cd that came with it and i am still haveing problems
