Flashing Battery Light
I have an older Compaq Armada m700 notebook. Today when I tried to turn it on the battery light flashes an amber color 8 times and nothing happens. The notebook will not boot up. I tried to turn it on both with and with out the battery in (the battery is fully charged).
Any ideas on my problem? |

Are you sure the AC adaptor is providing power?

The AC adaptor is working...I tried it on my other laptop and it works fine. The battery light flashes 8 times with or without the adaptor plugged in.
