I'm not up to speed on laptop performance but i want to play games like world of war craft, recent FPS and Mame emulator that said Ive got my eye on a couple of laptops but I'm not sure about the hardware like this dell;
http://configure.us.dell.com/dellsto...=E1505S2&s=dhs or this Compaq (i don't know if the video card is worth crap or if the processor is decent); http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/sh...computer_store and this one just looks sweet but again I'm not sure about the video card; http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...44c21&GSCID=10 same here; http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...44c21&GSCID=10 any help will be appreciated and if you know of any other laptop I'm open for suggestions thanks guys . If you want a good graphics card, get this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834115246 Otherwise I'd just get the Dell with an X1400 card. I would not buy a Compaq and it has an inferior card to the Dell anyway.

Amazing deal on the link above. Can't beat a mobile X1600 and 1GB of DDR2 for just a little over $1,000. If you wanted to work up to spend your entire $1,400... look into buying a replacement hard drive that is 7,200 RPM rather than 5,400 for even more of a performance boost.
