Can't find replacement battery
My laptop battery has died. I've been looking high and low and can only find one on offer from the original vendor of the laptop and they want £100 +VAT!
The Battery model no is 223-3S4000-S1P1. I have found a battery with a similar number 223-3S4000-F1P1 and wonder if it would be compatable? Is there a decode for battery part numbers? Thanks in advance Flash. |

Sorry...that would have been useful..... it is an MV Mobeus 1.6M. I know it isn't a popular brand but I'm sure they must get that chassis from a major supplier. The base of the laptop chassis has part no 223II0.
Thanks. |

I am not 100% positive, but I'm pretty sure the F1P1 will work. They both are advertised as being replacements for the Uniwill 223 series notebooks - which are also sold as Winbooks in the US. They are both listed as 10.8 vdc 4000 mAh batteries.
Your chassis code indicates you have a Uniwill 223ii. I did find a S1P1 on Ebay - $110 US. |
