Unhappy laptop over heating

well i bought my laptop a year ago and its an averatec 3280 series and when it is turned on for like 10 min it litereally burns my lap, is there any way to fix this problem?

From what i'v heard, no. But i am probably wrong. Cause they run on batteries, they cant supplie enough power for decen cooling, and being small, desnt help. Thats all i know, but dont take my word for it yet, until someone confirms that, lol.

Don't block airflow to any of the vents. Consider using a cooling pad.

Oh yea, laptops have been blowing up from over heating, so be warned. (its dell laptops, i heard it in the newspaper) With pictures.

i sorta cant help blocking the air ducts when the ducts are where my lap is and mine isnt a dell its a averatec to hopefully it wont esplode

Haha, lol. Its just what i heard. Maybe, only having it on for a max say, 2 hours, turning it off, and letting it call down. Other from that, i cant help. Oh and consider a cooling pad, like glc said.
