notebook lock out
hello
i have a problem with my notebook. at start up the screen shows a padlock and nothing else. tried password with no luck. help. could not safeboot. |

It probably needs a new motherboard, that's indicative of an EEPROM failure. Whether it does or not, you need to contact Lenovo support.
