Do you mean default settings in BIOS (that menu accessed by pressing a certain key when you see the Dell logo) or wiping the operating system clean and starting fresh?

Why do you need to do this? Please be more specific and we might be able to help you fix your problem without resorting to starting fresh.

Press Ctrl+F11 on startup and it will take you into the Symantec system restore.
