mp3 problem
hi all i just bought a mp3/mp4 player from hong kong and the instructions arent to clear about how to set up but anyway when i hook up the player with usb cable the pc wont recognise it
a little usb icon appears in right hand corner but it says unknown device try reconnecting the device if windows does not recognice it replace the device. is the player broken or am i missing something im a newbie at this so plz be patient with me. btw o/s is xp pro thanks for any help....

Porks - If you're using a ps2 keyboard and/or mouse, I'd suggest disconnecting them both and trying USB ones instead, then restarting and then connecting your device.
