I am having to buy a new notebook since my last one (Fujitsu Seimens) decided to take a tumble down a flight of stone steps
I have decided on this one, as I dont have a lot of funds to spare at the moment: http://www.dabs.com/ProductView.aspx...1&v=2#infoarea It has a dvd burner, but will I be able to burn cd's with this as I want to back up my music by converting the tracks to mp3 and then burning an mp3 cd. I can then play most of my tracks in the car without having to change the disc. What do you think? Mark Last edited by zafod; 11-30-2006 at 05:19 PM. |

I definately like the specs on it, you will want to add another gigabyte of RAM in the future when the funds become available, though.

512mb of ram will tide you over fairly well. You won't be doing much gaming with the integrated video anyway.
