Help with setting primary monitor
Well, long story short, I accidently destroyed my notebook's screen and only have a 4x2in usable square of desktop. I tried hooking up an external monitor, and it works until windows loads, but then the signal apparently disappears. Only in SafeMode will the external screen continue to show anything. I also don't have another computer available to me.
So, with my limited amount of desktop realestate available to me, I was hoping someone could give me a keypress combination that will set the #2 monitor to primary starting once the "Settings" tab in the desktop properties has been opened. Or maybe someone has another suggestion? Thanks! -Dave

What brand of laptop? Take a look at the F(unction) keys and see if you see one with the Display or CRT symbol. Then just press Fn+(that key).
