Notebooks and graphics

So when it comes to notebooks can one upgrade the graphics card? i do not know much about notebooks

Generally no. Order it with the one you want in the first place. Most notebook graphics adapters are integrated on the motherboard. There are exceptions - mostly on higher end gaming laptops.
