Toshiba Does Not Boot?

Hi there guys, i searched around the forum but i did not exactly find anything helpful, or am i sure this question exactly goes here, so if it does not please redirect me to the right part of the forum. Now my problem i have a fairly new Toshiba Satellite P205-S6267 Notebook...Click here for full system specs. the last day i used my notebook it was working perfectly i turned it off when i was done and put it away in its bag. The next day i went to turn it on and i hear the first sound of the hard drive booting, and the hard drive light blinks as usual but the light turns off no more sound and the screen remains always completely black..like it never turned on. when you insert a cd the cd drives light blinks and you can hear the drive working but nothing else happens.The power light is always on, but the light that always turns on with the computer the SATELLITE light never turns on and if the wi-fi switch is on that light doesn't turn on either....please if you can help i would appreciate it TONS!!!
