anybody got Sony vgn-fe865e?
I got Sony vgn-fe865e with windows vista ( read: slow, incompatible with all my programs and peripherals)
anyway, I put windows xp in the machine now I have problems with finding drivers I found display and wireless card , but I can't find sound card driver it says sigmatel abut it doesn't say what model anybody got same computer so he can read to me what are devices manufacturers so I can maybe download those drivers? thank you |

I got everything working except for sound driver
intel motherboard with sigmatel sound card any ideas? |

If you cannot get a driver from Sony, it's very unlikely you will find one without downloading Sigmatel drivers from other manufacturers till you find one that works. Try the other major laptop manufacturers. Sony does not support XP on that laptop.
