Inspiron 1521 Shuts Down on Wake-Up

Hi all,

I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 and whenever I try to wake it up from sleep (w/ power adapter or battery), it shuts down. It doesn't hibernate or anything (I checked over and over again to make sure all the hibernation settings were off). It just shuts down. How do I fix this?

This looks like a common issue. Here is something from the Dell support site that offers a number of different solutions, depending upon your exact problem and system configuration. http://support.dell.com/support/topi...n&toggle=false
