blackberry 8703e info

hi

have a blackberry 8703e wireless phone w/verizon supplier.

to access the phone or desktop (after power up-): - have to perform 2 operations: (1) unlock and (2) enter password.

Wld like to know how to disable these security features so can access phone immediately after powerup.

dont hv manual ; this info is not on blackberry website.
