how to replace laptop keyboard

I really need to buy and replace the keyboard for my work laptop. my kids keep tearing the keys off and work has replaced it numerious times. I would like to replace it on my own this time.

Any ideas on how I take the keyboard out and put a new one in?

Yes, Dell usually has pretty good service instructions online. New and refurbished keyboards are widely available at pretty low prices from online notebook parts companies. I'd expect to pay about 20 bucks plus shipping for one.

I'm finding prices all over the place ($12 to $75) for replacement keyboards depending
upon which online vendor. Any recommendations for reliable vendors selling quality
laptop keyboards for a reasonable price would be greatly appreciated.
