Palm TX compared to a Nokia N800 NSeries Internet Tablet

I'm thinking about changing from a Plam TX to a Nokia N800 NSeries Internet Tablet. Is the Nokia a true Pocket PC with the Windows operating system? The reason I'm thinking of changing is because the Plam TX doesn't support Flash Player, so on web sites that have media content that requires Flash Player, the TX doesn't play the vides etc. Will the Noklia support these web sites? One of my main uses for the Plam TX is viewing a sport magazine that is in PDF format with RepliGo PDF Mobilizer. Will the Nokia allow me to download the sports magazine PDF file and use the RepliGo PDF Mobilizer program? Thanks for any help.
