Audiobook question

I posted this in the audio/visual section but didn't know if it goes here instead.

Ok I'm trying to get my Sansa View (mp3 player) to recognize a large mp3 (275 MBs - 5 hours long) as an audiobook. Basically, if I lose my place in the 5 hour segment, I can't fast forward fast enough to get to where I was. But in the manual, it says that if it were viewed as an audiobook, it has the option for "fast" fast-forward.

So basically, how do I change a regular mp3 file into an audiobook file?

Please don't crosspost. If it's in the wrong section, we will move it. Thank you.
