ipod Shuffle
I purchased an ipod Shuffle but can't get it to sync. I have XP Pro SP2.
The error is: Can not sync the ipod required disk can not be found. I do see it listed in itunes but can't get anything on it. Anyone have any ideas? I returned the first one thinking it was the problem but it seems to be my system. I also can see it wien I look at my drives manage drives. Thanks, Steve |

Try running the "Restore" function (within the settings tab). Hopefully that does the trick for you.

Hi bd,
I tried it but it still says it can't see the disk. I can see the shuffle in devices, select it in settings and see what it is, so it's there but it won't sync with my music
