Bluetooth headset choices?

Have any of you guys been using Bluetooth headsets? I've been looking around and there are so many to choose from. Feature descriptions seem to be named differently from one manufacturer to the next and I can't make heads or tails on what is what.
State's laws are changing on the 1rst of the month and I've been putting off the Borg look until now.( Hate using cells while driving but just can't get around doing it at least some.)
What's a decent one?

I use a Bluetooth speaker in my truck. It clips to the visor. I tried an earpiece and didn't care for it at all.

That probably makes the most sense for me. My work truck (supplied by the company) is kinda noisy though. This do a decent job at canceling?

If you end up getting a headset rather than a speaker, I had a Plantronics Voyager 510 that broke after a couple years. I went online to read reviews, and apparently it's still out there and still one of the best on the market. It's also fairly cheap relative to higher-end headsets.

Mine was a Motorola H500. It actually worked quite well, but I hated having that thing hanging on my ear.

For my first bluetooth headset I went with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16875999303 I liked it, except that the actual in the ear piece was just too big, and since it was hard, it hurt my ear after about 5 or 10 minutes.

I then decided to get this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16875982088 I like this one a lot. It's a lot more comfortable. Only real complaint, and it could be my own stupidity, is that it seems to not always pick up and disconnect sometimes. I think it only does that when the battery is low though. Still new to this.

I bought the first one cause it was only $20 at staples on sale. I didn't feel like spending much. The Motorola one I picked up at BestBuy for about $30 I believe. Seemed like a good deal.

This is the kinda feedback I'm needin' now! Reviews on this stuff are terrible to go by and use by people here is better! (Right in the middle of doing a G sale...What a pain! Stuff is movin"!) I'll be back. Thanks you guy's.
This is one of those rare kind of purchases that all I want to now is that it works well and to heck with the details! (I'll learn later... if tech takes us deeper into this.) Again THANKS!

I use this one http://direct.motorola.com/ens/s9/He...A&language=ENS
for phone and music. I love it except that I have a pretty thick neck (18.5 " collar) and it can get uncomfortable when worn off the ears. It even came with a 4 gb transflash card with two adapters (SD and Mini SD) for $79 at Circuit City.

Well guys...ended up following your lead glc. Was a little tricky to find but ended up getting the T305 Motorola speaker system. The newer T505 had more features than I wanted (or needed) and was able to find a guy who had several of the T305's for sale and am going to pick up two of 'em tomorrow. After checking out what people think of that particular model, it was a quick and easy decision!

No "Borg thing" goin' on and great performance. Thank you very much!!

You will be very impressed with the battery life too. It recharges with a standard mini-USB type charger.

Well, picked up the T305's and have one paired with my LG. Had to play around with some adjusting a bit but it is tuned in and working great! At first I had the volume set too high (there was a lot of feedback on the other end like this) and was going...Hell...and I bought two! Came home, googled, adjusted and am very pleased. Will probably have to purchase a headset style later (for different use environments) but for driving this is nice. Like you said glc...not bad with the windows down. Thanks for the good advise.
