Did you try switchig thru the tv/video on the remote?
Is there an option in the program to sync the image?

Drivers?
[edit]: nevermind...I see that scart is analog You'll probably need to set up the display properties right click on desktop > properties > setings If you have any sort of graphics control center installed, I'd look in there for S-Video or TV (that is, if your laptop actually has the S-video or RCA video jack)
