What do you think of the Toshiba M200 Tablet PC Laptop?

I am searching through Ebay for a used tablet pc to purchase. I came across the Toshiba M200 .
http://cgi.ebay.com/Toshiba-Portege-...QQcmdZViewItem

If you have this laptop, can you tell me how it is?
How fast is the Pentium M Centrino processor? Is it better than Pentium 4 or worse?
The reason I am looking for a laptop is because my 5 year old Toshiba Satellite A35-S159 2.66 Pentium 4 laptop broke down on me. It had about 512 MB memory and was really slow to load programs (Firefox, AIM, Open Office, etc.) Would the Toshiba M200 Tablet PC be faster, better performance, etc than my broken Toshiba A35-S159 since both of these laptops were stocked in stores a few years ago?

Thanks!

It's not going to be any faster. Why don't you spend closer to $600 and buy a laptop with current technology and a warranty?

I would but I'm low on cash at the moment and really need a portable laptop for college work. Where would a Pentium M Centrino processor rank compared to the other processors? I youtubed a few M200 videos and it seemed pretty fast. What if I were to increase the memory? I will just use a laptop for note taking, microsoft word, basic internet surfing and AIM. I do everything else on my Core2Duo desktop build. Thanks
