The Blue Screen of Death and the Internet
Hello someone at my dorm has a laptop and every time he goes on the internet he can log onto the first page but after that he always gets this screen popping up. This happens every time he goes online as well.
I understand it says "uninstall hardware and software" but come on that is just WAY too broad. Does anyone know how to fix this or has had experience with this before? |

Your picture is pretty hard to see the BSOD message with all the fingerprints and camera flash glare. You can Google the first set of numbers in the error code to see what may be causing the problem. I'm thinking that there is some software running on the laptop that is conflicting with the college's network.

That's a Stop 0x000000D1, which is usually a bad driver. The faulting module is bcmwl6.sys which is your Broadcom 802.11g wireless adapter. That's a HP laptop, download the latest Broadcom wireless adapter drivers from the HP site.
