Çooler makes noise

Hello

Im having some trouble with the cooler in my laptop.Everytime i clean or simply tab on the cooler the noise will go away so i think its time to replace it.Now i need help to install a custom cooler.The cooler i want to install is 12v 0.15A but the original is 0.36A i dont know the volt.Can someone tell if this can work?TIA!

The official cooler has 4 wires but the custom cooler only 3.Is the 4th wire (white) for controlling fan speed?Will it work if i connect the red yellow and black with each other?Thx for your time!

I highly doubt you could fit an 80mm desktop cooling fan into a laptop. Get the exact replacement fan from HP. If it's still on warranty, send it in.

I can make this fan do the job i only need to know if my laptop can provide the power to spin the fan @ full speed.I have no warrenty and im not gonna get a new fan + heatsinks for 100 euro's.Please tell if the fan will work properly.TIA!
