Laptop vista to xp

I'm looking at this laptop:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834220340
ASUS M50 Series M50Vm-X1 NoteBook Intel Core 2 Duo P8400(2.26GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA 4GB Memory 250GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS - Retail

How do you go about getting rid of Vista and installing XP? What about device drivers, how do you find them and get them to work with XP. Or maybe it's not a good idea to replace Vista?

Thanks

BEFORE Purchasing the notebook, you need to look on ASUS's web site to see if they have XP drivers.

Dell Business lappys still come with XP...
