Dell Inspiron 600M Laptop Bootup Issues
Hey guys whats going on. My sis has a problem with a used laptop she got from a friend.
When she tries to boot the computer up, it says "File is Missing or Corrupt < Windows Root > 1 System 32 LNPOSKRLNL.exe". Sometimes when she boots it up, it also says No Bootable Device. Is there anything she can do to revive this laptop? The only known issues she's had with it were harddrive issues (BSOD Blue Screen of Death which came up all the time). If she bought a new OEM copy of Windows XP, could she wipeout the harddrive somehow? Or should she try System Restore somehow? She doesn't want to invest in a new laptop so guys, please PLEASSE help me out with this. ADDITIONAL INFO: Model: Dell Inspiron 600M Processor: Celeron M Processor Thanks alot dudes for my reading my post! God Bless! |

Press F12 at startup and run full diagnostics, including hard drive diagnostics. If they pass, press Ctrl+F11 at startup and run Symantec System Recovery.
