My Acer Laptop Freezes at first boot screen for 2 min then starts up HELP!
Hello everyone,
I have a Acer 5610Z Intel T2080 Dual-core 1.73Ghz intel GMA 950 graphics chipset 160GB HDD 2GB of ram. And just recently it started acting weird I turn it on and it freezes at the very first boot screen then after about 2-3 minutes it finishes starting up win XP pro besides that the computer works just fine, any ideas what would cause that? ~Fisher |

Boot-up delays like that could indicate a possible HD problem. Would run the manufactures diagnostic software on the HD. And back up your data.
