Ok I was wondering if ther was any way i could set up my laptop to acsess the internet any where is the world??

You would need a card that gives you satellite access to the internet, and an account with a satellite ISP service provider which I think is possible right now.

Yes there is broadband service available through the major cell providers. I have a sprint card in my laptop and generally speaking it works well most anywhere that i need it to. I was taking your question quite literal though because of course with broadband from any of the cell providers they will only work where there is cell service available.

They areen't the same as probably what you mean by regular wireless cards though, they are wireless cards available through the wireless broadband provider that give you the internet access through the cell network.
