dead ipod
Hi all, I have been given a dead ipod 3rd generation 20gb classic (the white one). It has all the bits but no life when I plug it in to usb and the mains. I though I would change the battery but maybe it's a problem with the circuit board. What do I need to test this. If the battery is dead will the ipod still work when plugged in? Do the 3rd gen ipods work with the current ipod usb adapter? Does the ipod still register if the hdd is dead?
