opinions on buying new battery
Hey,
First time laptop owner here. I thought I would get a second battery to have on hand. I've looked online and on ebay. Does it make a difference whether a new battery is oem or brand name? Is there any tips or things I should know in buying a new battery? Is there a place that you recommend for buying batteries? Thanks |

Oh, sorry. I guess they wouldn't all be the same. Mine is a IBM thinkpad T30.

Before you buy an extra battery, make sure it doesn't cause warranty issues if you don't buy OEM.
