LG renoir help..

HI,
I know this isnt a mobile forum but it says mobile phones in the description and I wondered if any of you wondered how to fix the below problem.
i was upgrading my phone through the upgrade tool and the phone became disconnected by accident.
now all it says is lg mobile.com please wait when i turn it on...

is there a way to solve this?? i cannot turn the phone on or use it...

What do you mean by "upgrading"? If you cant even turn it on, it sounds like you did something to the software. You probably need to go to your nearest wireless dealer to have them handle it. Hopefully you werent doing anything that voids the warranty.

I mean updating the software. I was not doing anything illegal as I was updating the software through the official lg update tool.

That's more like firmware than software, and it's just like pulling the plug on a computer when updating the bios. You bricked it.

Great. The cable accidentally became loose and it even says do not remove the USB cable while upgrade is running.

What should I do now??


I am in the UK by the way.
