Laptop screen brightness
My laptop used to allow me to increase/decrease brightness with fn F1/F2. After a reformat fn F1 now opens windows help and support, while fn F2 does nothing. On battery power screen is dim, on AC power screen is bright. So any ideas on how to regain the ability to adjust my screen brightness?

Did you install software that is needed for that?
Install all the drivers? Laptop make and model?
