Creating POI's with warnings - Need Help!
I watched the video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUsyZ8WeNhI

Creating a POI Database Using Google Earth and KML2CSV - so now I wonder how I can use this information to create a School Zone Database that would include audible warnings just prior to entering the school zone and a distinct icon ??

Or does someone know of a School Zone Database broken down by states? I would only need the ones that I travel in. I would also like railroad crossing info to.
