changed hard drive
so i dont know if this is connected to the issue but i changed the hard drive in a dell latitude cpi A300. A15 driver. It currently has no operating system as i cannot get it to boot from the cd. i can enter the bios but the arrow keys do not work to navigate the bios. im going crazy. can any1 plz help.

Did you have to use the keyboard to get into the BIOS setup?
F2 or Delete or whatever key for your machine? Do you have a known working keyboard? |
