Hello everyone,
I have a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li2735 Laptop which I bought last year, I use it all the time now as I have moved and have limited space, the problem is that every so often it keeps freezing, you cannot do anything at all and have to power it off and re-start it, even the clock on the screen stops, it can fine all day then it will just freeze up. I have tried system restore it case it was some kind of virus but it didn't help. I download alot and sometimes it freezes during the night. Any pointers to what it could be? Thanks guys

is the laptop hot?
have you check the exhaust/intake vent, is it partly blocked by dust?

Sounds like its getting hot.
Try running diagnostics on the hard drive and RAM to make sure they aren't acting up. |

After trying everything else I decided to do a clean install of Vista, this cleared the problem and the laptop is working fine.
