Dell Studio XPS 13; 7 months and broken again

I have a studio XPS 13 and it's pretty nice, however there are some issues with the thing. For one, after 3 months the motherboard completely failed. Dell sent a tech over who took close to 4 hours to replace the motherboard but since it was under warranty I didn't care THAT much. Now the damned thing wont turn on unless I put a lot of pressure on the left corner. I haven't had a chance to call Dell yet but when I do they will get an earful. I don't want to do anything to it myself (being still under warranty and all) but it's really bothering me. It's not the hard drive or the battery, do you guys think it's the motherboard again?

Could be a few different thing, have them fix it again. Overall its not a bad machine, more of bad luck. It happens.
