I was thinking of some stuff like photoshop,HD movies, microsoft word, maybe some light gaming. all that good stuff.
and while we are at it. Where do i download audio drivers? i reinstalled windows xp on my old pc. and EVERYTHING got deleted. it only had the recycle bin. Last edited by PAINx5; 07-03-2010 at 11:15 PM. |

Now is this heavy photoshop use, or just light red-eye fixing? When you said HD movies, do you mean editing or just watching? If watching, blu-ray, or HD downloads? IWith your budget, I would say to look at Acer or Toshiba, they both provide nice, economical laptops that will serve your purpose well.
