Hi guys,
Newbie/knucklehead here with a daft question! I am sick of being tied to my PC when I voip - is there a bluetooth microphone headset that I can plug in with its own device for transmit/receive to a desktop PC? TIA, Last edited by spraynpray; 07-27-2010 at 02:06 PM. |

Well if you get a usb bluetooth adapter you should be able to use any phone bluetooth headset. Something like this would work

Well, the headset has arrived ahead of the USB Dongle.
![]() I am a little surprised at how few instructions there are with the headset - and they relate to using it with a mobile not a PC. It is a Logitec Mobile Freedom headset. At this moment I am confused because it is fully charged (according to the instructions) but when I press the multifunction button for ten seconds to turn it on, the LED doesn't flash at all - and it should according to the ten or so lines of instructions. I am wondering if it needs to be near a working dongle to be able to be turned on - does anybody know if that is the case? TIA, Andrew. |
