Lightbulb Should I buy this laptop?

Here is the link to it: Newegg.com - Gateway NV59C57U NoteBook Intel Core i5 450M(2.40GHz) 15.6" 4GB Memory DDR3 1066 500GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

I can't really afford anything over $750 so this laptop looks pretty good.
Since it has a built in graphics card I should be able to play some of my games (Team Fortress 2, Portal, Ghost Recon) right?
It also has a i5 processor.

What are you thoughts on this laptop?
Are there any that are even better for the same price?

Thanks!

Gateway is now owned by Acer. I'd prefer an Asus myself. I also like Dell and Lenovo.

Yeah I really like Dell but I can't afford most good Dell laptops.

What is the problem with Gateway and Acer?

Well most of the laptops that he suggested are "Currently Unavailable"...

I will probably use the laptop mostly for music and Photoshop, I just wanted to be able to play a few Steam games (nothing to demanding)

Thanks for all your help so far

The Lenovo is a good laptop, but it won't game well with the Intel onboard graphics. I don't like AMD processors in laptops. I don't know if I'd trust a refurb.

Looking at those graphics processors, I would say that a gaming laptop under $800 is an oxymoron, unless the game has primitive graphics.

Well I plan on getting the extended warranty on the Asus so I don't think that the fact it's a refurb will be a problem.

I think i'l either get the refurb or the one you suggested.

Thanks for all your help!

I think I'd rather have the i5 than a C2D.
