psp running windows? Excel ?

I am thinking about buying a play station portable, what I need is the ability to run excel any excel version. I was just wondering if anyone has tried that, I don't want to buy a 9" laptop but might have too, I would like something smaller. I just need to be able to do some small data stuff, lists that I sort while I work, it would be nice if I could get it on something really small but I am not sure at this point how I would do the data input... portable key board I guess.

I have looked at 7" and 9" notebooks, I probably have to go that route but would like some ideas, I am looking for something small enough to fit in my shirt pocket. That is easier than tooting a small notebook.

You need a Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC or smartphone. Then you can run Pocket Excel.
