Wi-Fi
I get an IPhone for who knows why except I'm a retiree from them with huge lifetime discounts up to 30%. I text more than talk like you. Period that's all I do. I go to a Starbucks once every 2 years or the latest breakfast joint and it says I have a wi-fi available, I click(?) or punch ok but all I get then is a bunch of settings for the place. Nowhere to click (?) ok and begin surfing.

Start up Safari and then open a web page like Google or some thing else. It will bring you to a sign on page. Once you click agree you can connect with any other apps you want to use.

My daughter got n 8gb Itouch...for MP3 and it has wi-fi...we hooked her up here and she learned how to do it. cool thing was there is wi-fi everywhere here. She got an app that turned it into a phone using wi-fi...pretty sweet
She text me and calls me from it at her work via the wi-fi
