Baa, baa, baa (iPad2) ...

I am currently running my brand new iPad2 down to the automatic shut off point and it should take another hour or so.
That's more than 12 hours of mixed use with wi-fi on through most of it (Part of this was done last night so the "Sleep Mode" drain is also part of this thoughI'm only counting the time it was actively used.).

FedEx made a first delivery attempt on 3/16 so I got it 3/17.

On Friday, 3/18, I took it and it's Smart Cover (navy) out and about in my shoulder bag and made 2 decisions; I need a padded sleeve and when I got home last night I got the policy from Square Trade (No matter how careful you are it won't save you during rush hour on the IRT.).

This can get me through the day and let me surf the web in off moments or watch Hulu+ or iTunes video.

My life just became a lot simpler and I've barely gotten started with it!
No problems at all with either public wi-fi or my basic home wi-fi.

This works so brilliantly for me!
