Kill your business, easy steps, anyone can do it!

Hi folks!

Near me is a business about 6mo old.
Me being the absolute in computer geeks was among the first to walk through the door. What I saw and experienced amazed me and my predictions of him not being in business by years end seem to be coming true.
He made a few mistakes as most if not all businesses do and he made a few "fatal" mistakes in my opinion in an attempt to recover.
I noticed right off that the owner of the store was ill educated.
He spent about 1000.00 on a sign reading so:
"Thee Cumputor Store"
Obviously misspelled, but I assumed this was a "gimmik" of sorts that one sees from time to time. This was not the case because he noticed how other stores used the word "computer". He changed his store letter head and business cards to reflect the correct spelling.
He speaks poor english and not of being a native english speaker but one of poor education. His phone skills are horrible at best and his terminology is grossly inadaquate to the point of being elementary.
He dresses to be "kool" as though his only clients will be between 12 and 25 and he plays loud "metal" music during his opening hours.

He found a great place to open shop. With about 12 months of hard work, he could make a real go of the biz. Traffic is tremendous and his visability is outstanding. Iv`e seen some of the goodies he has and some of the connections he must have. He started to cut his prices in a vain attempt to boost sales.
Now, he advertizes outright that he makes 3.5% on each sale.
While this may be an untruth, some of his prices are quite low.
He was having a 3 day sale on memory. This memory was Infineon 128MB PC133 (6.8ns) for 24.99. I bought 4 such modules and he cut 10.00 off without me saying a word. The product was great, the service was good but the atmosphere blew big time. I had to ask that he lower his music while I was in the store. He seemed put off to some extent. However, I returned some days later for another "goodie hunt" and he lowered the music while I was in the store.
Also, while there, others off the street walked in. As I was walking out, up went the music and out walked the walk-ins!
This guy is about 6 foot 6", looks like he fell of the amazon barge with rings in his nose and ears. He smokes in his store and blows smoke into those that tolerate it.
Am I misunderstanding something here?
It seems this guy is going out of his way to annoy his patrons.

I know one thing, this madman is going out of biz soon so I gave him my telephone number with a note that I might buy what he cant sell if the price is right.

Sheesh! What a waste of a great oportunity.
