Could anyone here tell me if it will be hard to program a euro to UK pounds converter that would be compatible with a sony ericsson t610

If you haven't used j2me yet, it can be kind of complicated to get set up. If you have the tools, then writing an app shouldn't be too hard as long as you don't need access to the network.

That shouldn't be hard - I believe the Sony Ericson t610 should have an infared port that should receive files. It's easy to do it in JavaScript (notice the "Script" part) and so an applet shouldn't be hard.
