I currently dont have a website but am planning to make one. I was just wondering if anybody could me give me some links to show me how to make a forum.

All answers are greatly appreciated.

If you're getting paid hosting, try phpBB2 forums or Invision Power Board which are both free. They both require php support and a MySQL database.

I dunno if I'll get in trouble for this, but a good web-host I would recommend is AdWebHosting.net. If you do go with them, check your control panel and look for a blue smilie face. It's a thing for cPanel called Fantastico and it will make setting up forums alot easier for you. AdWebHosting isn't the only host that has that, but they're the host I use and I'm quite satisfied. Also, tell him Nick sent you, it may help you, dunno for sure though, lol.

I use totalchoicehosting and they have a similar setup as described above. They have both phpBB and Invision. I personally use Invision.

phpBB is a good choice although if you plan on using a different coding language you may wish to consider other options, especially if you don't have access to mySQL.

See HotScripts.com.

I'm with invision power board and version 2.0 is just about to be released. It's really easy to skin and if you need a hand with that give me a buzz, invisionize.com is also a great resource for it.
