Cool Excel problem

I do a lot of referencing to hard copy "material tables" at work, and I always mix rows up by mistake because of all the data and small fonts; so I'm in the middle of entering the data into an Excel spreadsheet for everyone in my department to reference to. While I'm at it, I want to add a drop down box to eliminate looking at the wrong row.

In the file attached "pipe_size_and_wall_thickness.zip ", I've managed to add the drop down menu under NPS on the very last row, and added the lookup function to the adjacent cells. But I want another dropdown box for O.D., but if I do this, then the data doesn't fill one of the drop down menu's.

Can anyone help me figure this out? I've attached a sample file.

Thanks,
Shaun

Question Weird!!!

Everytime I zip the file and test it, it's fine. Once I upload it and download it from this thread, it downloads corrupt.

Where do I report this issue?

I've tested it on different PC's, and tried saving the original *.xls file in different formats, and the same thing happens.
