Learning Visual C++

I've got Microsoft Visual Studio, mainly for VB6, but it comes with Visual C++ and I hav'nt a clue where to start with C++, can anyone recommend a good site for learning C++ right from the beginning.

Im currently taking C++ in school. The best help I have gotten is from a well laid out book called C++ Demystified, by Jeff Kent. Its pretty short, but will give you a good grasp of the concepts and syntax. I would recomend that you aso get a book that comes with a CD that contains some good source code examples.

PS-My final exam is on Wednesday, wish me luck!

Do a Google search, there are lots of C++ tutorials on the web. That's where I learned most of my C++.

begginning C++ by Ivor Horton is a great book, simple, has good examples and will teach u everything, if you want to read 900 pages
it was on sale at fry's for $12, try to find it

Im Looking through www.cprogramming.com for tutorials. Theyre all pretty good, and the sample code works with VC++ 6.0
