php won't start
ok, I have winxp home. my apache version is 2.0.49. apache start page works fine when typing http://localhost. i have a book saying how to install php in the config file. now that won't work. can u please tell the precidure of installation of php 4.2.3 with apache. if u reccomend me to donwload another version of php please do.

I recommended this in another thread and it works great. PHPTriad for Windows will install Apache, PHP and MySQL, set them up with Windows XP and boom, you are up and running.
After installation, go to Start -> Programs -> PHPTriad -> Apache -> Start Then open up your browser to http://localhost/ and you are good to go. |
